A different video to normal but I felt it was something worth discussing because I get asked SO often and there’s nothing that says people who are subscribed to a videogame-y channel aren’t into fitness! When I realised this my attitude changed a lot, so I figured there’s no harm in sharing at the very least :). This is definitely the biggest weight loss question I get asked, but I might add more as I continue getting fitter or whatever… Hope this helps some of you out!

CrossFit® 18.5 Workout Standards Video:
Workout 18.5 = 12.5 = 11.6
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 chest-to-bar pull-ups
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.
Men use 100 lb.

I hope you guys got some good ideas on what to pack in your school lunch! I saved a ton of money buying food in a grocery store verus buying food out. I calculated it and i saved $60 all together! My favorite meal in this would have to be the sandwich with the banana and yogurt because its super nutritional. Youre getting protien, veggies, fruit, and vitamins from the banana.
